Founded in Paris in November 2016 by French/American duo Jessica Boukris and Alison Beckner, Inside/Out Women is a multimedia platform, consultancy and creative agency with empowerment at the heart of each conversation. Our philosophy embodies and examines women, their lifestyles, communities, challenges and conscious contributions locally and globally.
On a global level, we are a hub connecting like minded women around the world. Our network consists of multigenerational creatives, experts, innovators and influencers with a strong presence in wellness, beauty, nutrition, mindfulness and coaching.
Online, we showcase through interviews, podcasts, news, emerging trends and insights. This results in authentic and relevant conversations celebrating both physical strength and emotional intelligence.
Jessica Boukris is an expert in marketing and content for beauty, sports and fashion brands. Successively as Advertising Manager for Purple Fashion, Another magazine, Dazed & Confused; Energy Marketing at Nike in Paris and Milan (Influencers Marketing); Digital Content Manager at KENZO (alongside Carol Lim and Humberto Leon) and Head of Digital Content at Lancôme International, Jessica has been developing creative Content Strategies for over 15 years. A left brain/right brainer, she is equally at ease with strategic concepts as with production. Alternatively indie and corporate, she has a thorough grasp of brands, whether global market leaders or emerging players.
Alison Beckner is a writer, content director and creative consultant with over 15 years of global experience in the fashion and lifestyle industries. In 2013, she founded Scout Consulting, a trailblazing agency specialized in Communications Strategy, Branding, Mind/Body Talent and Experiential Programming. An insatiably curious serendipiter, Alison has worked as an editor, publicist, agent, manager, producer and in sales. Client and brand highlights include: Vogue, W/WWD, CN Traveler, Well+Good, Ace Hotels, Alexander Wang, Gap, Balmain and Colette. This professional trajectory combined with her passion for women, wellness and personal development result in an extensive understanding of contemporary cultural trends and consumer behaviors.
