Nitsa Citrine is the Creative Director of Sun Potion Transformational Foods. She is true Cali girl, with an expansive and unique upbringing in Big Sur that included spending a great deal of her time at the legendary Esalen Institute.

Shiva Rose is an Iranian-American holistic wellness expert and the author of Whole Beauty: Daily Rituals and Natural Recipes for Lifelong Beauty and Wellness. The two entrepreneurs met several years ago at the annual Mercado Sagrado festival in Topanga Canyon and quickly developed a deep friendship.

They sit down with Inside/Out contributor Arianna Solare in the Santa Monica mountains for a candid conversation about Los Angeles, community, creativity, transformation, wellness, aspirations, and, of course, their cosmic connection.

(The podcast is only available in English).
